- There is a $300 security deposit fee which will be returned immediately after the rental period.
- Please contact us about how to secure the house. If there is a cancellation, all efforts will be made to rent the house to another person for that time period (including offering a discount) so the deposit can be returned; however if it cannot be rented the deposit and any additional money paid will be forfeited. Peak summer months have been fully rented so it is likely that we can find a replacement. We will do everything we can.
- There is a $125 laundry fee, charged by our house cleaner, if you need us to supply linens and towels.
