Huddleston Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250 Security/Damage Deposit due immediately. 50% due 60 days prior, 50% due 14 days prior.
- Security Deposit will be refunded within 10 days after rental if no damages are incurred.
All Cancellations:$250 security deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance will receive a full refund of rental money. Within 60 days, 50% of rental fee will be refunded.
After 60 days renters will forfeit 50% of rental money. - Note: A $150 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
