Holidays include Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Presidents' Day,;
Saranac Lake Winter Carnival, and Easter.;
May be rented at a nightly rate in the off season. Minimum of 2 nights.;
$125 cleaning fee on rentals less than one week. Monthly/Seasonal rates available.;
$500 Security Deposit.
