Although this one bedroom villa is a couples' retreat, it also includes a queen sleeper for two additional guests. It has two full baths, and the balcony may be accessed through sliding glass doors from either the living room or bedroom. Hampton Place is the newest oceanfront villas in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways leading to old-fashioned swings and a private beach access surround the large oceanfront pool complex. Hampton Place has two large pools (one heated seasonally). A kids pool, adults only pool, hot tub, workout facility-pool side, new beach side reading deck, extensive sun deck, covered gazebo and picnic tables with adjacent outdoor grills complete this setting. Bathrooms and showers to rinse off from the beach are available. Also the complex is conveniently located next door to the Marriott Oceanfront Hotel which has specialty shops and restaurants.
