Indian Ridge Oaks Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- •SPECIAL PRICING $120/night or $800/week pricing is available anytime a booking is within 45 days of the check-in date except for the summer month’s of Jun through Aug. A special rate of $135/night or $850/week applies to those months if the check-in date is within 45 days of the booking date.
•A CLEANING FEE of $105.00 is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
•POOL HEATING is optional. It runs from $10 per day for spa heat only with the normal being $25 per day for spa heat and pool heat, but we also offer an option of spa heat and high pool heat which is $40 per night.
•CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS are accepted via a PAYPAL LINK from the Disney Magic website. We will email you the link to the Disney Magic website when you inquire about the house from this site. In addition the Disney Magic website has additional information and pictures about the house. We look forward to hearing from you.
