This bedroom also comes equipped with a Stokke Crib for babies and toddlers and this crib can be easily moved to any of the bedrooms. East bedroom on main floor is wheelchair-accessible.

Notes: The main level of home is fully wheelchair-accessible, as is one bedroom and one bathroom. The huge deck and screened-in porch are also wheelchair-accessible. Deck has teak furniture - dining table, chairs and two chaise lounges; screened-in porch has three rocking chairs. Living room features natural stone fireplace - as well as a custom-built window seat that seats four comfortably. Kitchen has pantry in addition to cabinets, and features all stainless-steel GE appliances and black slate countertops and 'farmer's sink.' Solid 2-inch thick quilted maple breakfast bar is from California. Flooring in living and dining rooms is recycled heart pine; flooring in bedrooms is green-certified red birch from Massachusetts. Tile in all bathrooms is slate from Maine. Ceilings throughout home are recycled Douglas fir from northern California.
