- A $750 dollar refundable deposit is due at time of reservation to hold the date. 2 months prior to your vacation, half of the rent is due. Reservations may be canceled up to 2 months prior to move in date with a full deposit returned to you at this point in time. Once the reservation is less than 2 months away, the deposit is no longer refundable if you choose to cancel. One month prior to move in date, the remainder of the rent is due. Your $750.00 dollar deposit will be fully refunded to you within 35 days after your vacation is complete as long as everything is accounted for at Pura Vida. We look forward to your vacation at Pura Vida!

- Splendid Master suite with whirlpool tub, shower, double sink, walk-in closet and lake view. Second master suite upstairs. Third and fourth bedrooms upstairs with incredible views. Bonus room upstairs with additional sleeping areas. The basement is now complete with a 5th and 6th bedroom as well as a custom tile shower with rainforest shower head in the 4th full bathoom in our home. Our home can easily and comfortably accommodate a party of 16. Enjoy! We can't wait for you to make wonderful memories with your family and friends at Pura Vida! Pura Vida has a Niles Audio system with 2 ipod docks and multiple in wall control pads. Please remember to bring your ipods to fully enjoy the audio system!
Long term renters off-season welcome. There are many activities to do while staying at Pura Vida off -season.
