Surf and beach views from the living room, dining room, and bedrooms. Sound of the surf can be heard from all rooms. House is also located on Ludlam bay. There are no houses behind the house to block the view. Bay views from the dining room, and bedrooms. Bay view includes intercoastal waterway.
