Winter Season (Jan 7 2012- April 29 2012) --- $20,000 per week
Summer Season (April 30 2012 - December 16 2012) --- $14,000 per week
Thanksgiving (Nov 19 2012 - Nov 25 2012) --- $20,000 per week
Christmas (Dec 15 2012 - Jan 4th 2013) $25000 per week
Cottage Rental --- $1500/$2000/$2500 for summer/winter/holidays per week (not rented separately.)
Pull out Sofa/beds --- Available for $150 per person per night (for people up to 15 years)
The villa will normally be closed during the months of September and October.
7% government tax and 10% service not included.

- The villas 4 bedroom suites are all self-contained and include private baths with dual vanities, showers, walk in closets with safes, air-conditioning and fans. All bedrooms have French doors to exterior decks with stunning Caribbean views and trade winds. The over-sized master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and private outdoor shower with dual heads. Each room is playfully decorated with its own color schemes; aqua blue, coral, moss and sky. King beds in master and 2 bedrooms, queen in 4th bedroom; High quality orthopedic and allergenic mattresses with removable covers; 2 Rollaway beds and 2 cribs are available upon request; The Guest Cottage has a King bed in an airconditioned bedroom and an additional sofas bed. The cottage is a self contained unit with bathroom and elegant kitchen steps away from the main house.
