Payment Terms: Personal check or paypal. 50% due at booking and final 50% due 30 days prior to arrival with $250 refundable security deposit also due at this time. Security deposit is returned promptly, assuming there is no damage.
Pet considered: small to medium-sized dog is allowed with prior approval. There is a $60 cleaning charge for rental with dog.
Smoking is not permitted. Smoking indoors forfeits entire security deposit.
Please note: 7% Maine State Lodging Tax charged on all rentals. - PLEASE NOTE 20% DISCOUNT FOR 1 MONTH (4 WEEKS) OR LONGER RENTALS!
