Big Bass Lake House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Security Deposit: $200; Check-In:4pm Check-Out:11am (May Be Flexible Out Of Season)
  • -30% premium for New Year's only: Dec.31, 2010-Jan.2, 2011)
    -15% premium for these holiday periods (based on Weekend rates): Presidents’ Day (Feb.12-15), Memorial Day (May 28-31), Labor Day (Sept.3-6), Thanksgiving (Nov.24-28), Christmas (Dec. 24-26).
    -Multi-Week Rentals (discount off weekly rate): 2 weeks -5%, 3-weeks or more 10%
  • Amenities Badges (per person age 6 and above): $8/day or $40/week - required by Big Bass Lake Community Association if you will be using community facilities: lakes, pools, beaches, courts, clubhouse, ski slope, etc. Please inquire with owner about other properties that may be available.
