Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $150 electric credit is provided monthly. Charges above credit are deducted from security deposit
- Other fees include a pet fee of $200 monthly,and a non-refundable reservation deposit of $1,000 for each month to reserve the house. Full payment is due no later than 30-days prior to occupancy date and should include the $500 refundable security/electric utility deposit. Late cancellation results in that all prepaid fees are forfeited 45-days or less prior to occupancy, unless a suitable substitute renter becomes available. Prices negotiable for long term stays. Please leave the house as clean as possible and try to wash and dry the sheets and towels to save the maid cleaning time. If the condition of the house requires more than simple cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the maintenance fee. During the Summer months (hurricane season), storm shutters must remain on some of the more exposed windows in the third bedroom. Most of all...have a great vacation!
- Maid services are available anytime at your own expense during your stay. The minimum visit is two people for two hours at $80 per hour. Call Cathy at 941-223-7561 to make arrangements.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood made up of primarily retirees. A jacuzzi is located on an outdoor patio, but is NOT INCLUDED due to the daily maintenance and chemical requirements. HOWEVER, for those with hot tub experience, call me and I'll talk you through the instructions, chemical requirements and potential problems. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN!
