- A deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and reservation fee are required within 10 days of making your reservation. A nonrefundable reservation fee is charged on all reservations. This fee is to cover tenant services & administrative costs. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled without notification. Interest earned on funds deposited with Seaside Rentals is payable to Seaside Rentals. No other arrangements, property substitutions, rate adjustments or refunds will be issued once your reservation has been confirmed or upon arrival. Balance including remaining rent, sales/accommodations tax on total rent, reservation fee & any additional charges for requested rentals/services will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
