-Last Minute Special - if not rented by 12:00 noon on Thursday, we offer the adjacent Friday and Saturday night stay for $350, (Plus $200 Refundable Security Deposit). - Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be adults, over college age. We reserve the right to refuse rental if we feel the caller is trying to 'fool' us. We paid a lot to repair the place after a fraternity party a couple of years ago. I should have known better; I was in one myself when I was in college! Smoking is absolutely forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will forfeit your entire deposit.
