Woodland Park House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% of just the rental amount due immediately. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Pets will be considered. Must have owner approval. If approved must be kenneled if left at the home. Not allowed on furniture and must be picked up after. Additional charge of $10.00/night/pet.
Instead of charging a $250 damage deposit we are now requiring damage insurance for $49.00, which will be shown in your quote/payment request - 50% of just the rental amount due immediately. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
