- Posted rates include towels, sheets, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, dish soap, counter cleaner, and departure cleaning fee. At the time of registration, a $200.00 security deposit will be processed using your credit card as an 'Authorize Only' approval …… no charges will be requested from the credit card providing there is no damage to the unit and its content beyond normal usage wear. There are not add-on fees to our posted rates.
