- Optional pool heat is $30/day, usually needed from October-March
Optional grill can be rented for $40/week - 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance and a $250 security deposit is due 6 weeks prior to the rental stay. The security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the stay, once the management company has checked the property for damage.
