- Master Bedroom Suite is located on first floor and includes a whirlpool, 'hers' sink and dressing area along with private 5' walk-in shower, a separate 'his' sink and toilet area. Sliding-glass doors open to the fairway and patio with chaise lounge chairs and large table with 8 spring-styled captain chairs. The Master Suite has a writing desk, bench and armoire with TV & DVD player. Second floor bedrooms are across the hall from one another - and are not above the Master Bedroom Suite - which allows guest privacy not usually found in 3-Bedroom floor plans. Each second floor bedroom has its own sink in the room and small TV/DVD combo unit. The 'queen & twin bedroom' has a vanity table and stool. The '2 doubles' bedroom are Select Comfort Sleep Number beds. The second floor has a loft area to relax or read which accommodates those on different sleep schedules. All bedrooms appointed with variable speed ceiling fans, hypo-allergenic comforters with designer bedding.

Villa guests will be treated to amazing and relaxing views of the fairway from any of the 3 sets of patio doors, the screen room and outdoor patio areas, and also enjoy amenities and access to the private beaches at the resort. Pawleys Island is located between Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC -- and is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the East and by the Waccamaw River and salt marshes with an almost limitless supply of flounder, oysters, and crabs to the West. Pawleys Island is one of the very few unspoiled oceanfront communites remaining on the east coast of the United States.
