Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - Almost all Condo Associations now charge a 'Guest Registration Fee', which is basically a parking permit for the duration of the stay. At first glance, it may seem to be just another ripoff add-on, but it actually is a pretty good idea. With the parking permit, security can know who is on the property. It helps guarantee that you will have a parking place and that non-guests are not just taking up spaces while they spend a day at the beach. Also, if security or management needs to contact you for some reason, whey will know which condo you are staying in.
So, the Guest Registration Fee does enhance security and helps avoid unneeded and unwanted hassels during your vacation. The money goes to the association to help pay for security and maintain the property!
We are really limited in parking space at The Gulf Tower. If you must have more than one car, I can make arrangements at another property 4 buildings (2 minute walk) away.
