The room has a separate entrance to the lanai and has unrestricted west views over Keauhou Bay. There is a HD 50' LCD TV with access to 2 DirectTV PVR's, the movie server, Slingbox and a DVD player. Cooling by ceiling fans. This property is at about 500 feet, which is considerably cooler, and less humid, than waterside. There is a large walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom: 1 King Bed (sleeps 2).The guest bedroom features a king bed. There is a large closet. The room has an ensuite with a walk-in shower . There is a HD 32' HD TV with DirectTV PVR's, the movie server, Slingbox and a DVD player. Cooling by ceiling fans. This bedroom is located in the opposite corner of the house from the master for privacy. Third Bedroom (sleeps 1-2). This room doubles as an office and has a comfortable double futon pull out couch. It has an HDTV DTV PVR access, the movie server and Slingbox.

Deposit Information: Three nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $1,500 is required. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, payments (less $500) is refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available only for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques.
Golf Details: The closest golf course is the Kona Golf and Country Club. It is located one mile from the property, between the property and the ocean.
Audio - Visual : The property features 3 DTV HD PVR's and a video distribution system throughout the house. Video sources consist of at least one DTV PVR , the server and Slingcatcher which provides access to the property owners Canadian Satellite TV (Bell ExpressView), which includes Seattle and Boston based US network feeds. Remote controls are all AMX and are fully integrated for ease of use. There is distributed audio in most areas of the house. There are at least four exterior security cameras on the property connected to a digital video recorder. The cameras do not view into the house.
