Come and enjoy this nice, relaxing CANAL home. Great place to fish off of your own dock, relax in the hammock, have and BBQ underneath the house, or just simply relax on the sun deck over the canal. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that will accommodate up to 8 people. Master bedroom has a king size bed with own bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins, plus a double futon in the downstairs game room. Living room and kitchen has an open floor plan. It has lots of seating and a well equipped kitchen with a full size frig, new stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee pot. Downstairs is a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table, and a wet bar sink, There is also another bath, plus a laundry room. Home has central air and heat, telephone, 3 cable TV's, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD player, large deck, fishing lights, boathouse, and a dock.
No Pets and No Smoking.

Turnday: 2 night minimum
