The kitchen was recently remodeled. It has large granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, microwave, and a dishwasher. The house also has central air and heat, telephone, cable TV with movie channels, VCR, stereo with CD player, fireplace, washer and dryer, fishing lights, boathouse, dock, and a cabana shower downstairs.
