- Short term reservations
Reservations for 2 nights or longer are accepted on this property. There are no arrivals or departures on a Saturday. New Years has a 4 night minimum stay starting December 28th.
Payments may be made by money order, bank check, and personal check (within US only). All payments must be paid in US dollars.
Deposits
For stays booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the base rent and a $250 refundable security deposit is due within five days of making the reservation. The balance of rent and any other add on items are due 30 days before the date of arrival.
*Any reservation including nights of 12/28 - 1/1 will fall under the New Years policies.
For stays booked less than 30 days prior to arrival: payment is due in full within 5 days upon booking.
Holidays
For New Years holiday reservations, an initial deposit of 60% of the base rent will be due 5 days of booking. The final payment is due by November 1, 2008. - No extensions. New Years reservation booked after November 1, 2008 are due in full at the time of booking.
New Years holiday nights are 12/28/08 - 1/1/09. See below for security deposit requirements and New Years has no Cancellation Protection.
Damage
A refundable security and damage deposit of $250 is required on all stays. Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure after departure unit check.
Cancellations
There is no refund for unused time that is a result of late arrivals, early departures or no shows. There are no cancellations during the New Years holiday. If you cancel your New Years reservation, you will forfeit all deposits. Reservations cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Reservations cancelled 15 to 30 days of arrival will be refunded fully if property can be rebooked. Last minute cancellations or no shows will not be refundable unless unit can be rebooked at the last minute and will incur a $250 cancellation fee.

Killington Condo Details
Arrival & Departure: Check in time is 5pm or later during the winter season (Nov. 1 - April 30) and 4pm or later during the summer and foliage months (May 1 - Oct 31). Request for early arrivals are accepted when possible but never guaranteed. Late Check-in arrangements can be made with guests arriving later than 5 pm. Check out time is 11am or earlier. If time permits late checkouts may be possible for an extra fee. Unauthorized use of a unit after 11am will result in a charge of $75 per hour.
Pets Policy: This a non-smoking unit/no pets
Ski: Woods Resort & Spa offers shuttle service from this property to the Killington Mountain Ski Lifts. Ski Season Early November, 2008 through April 19, 2009 Killington Resort, including Pico Mountain, stretches across seven mountains and features 191 diverse trails served by 30 lifts. Killington averages 250 inches of natural snow each winter. That, coupled with the world's most extensive snowmaking system, and Killington's elevation advantage brings you the best ski and snowboard conditions every day of the season! Killington is known for its diversity of terrain, providing skiers and riders of all ability levels a choice of wide-open groomed cruisers, narrow classic New England runs, moguls, steeps, and trees. Killington offers multiple terrain features for snowboarders and freeskiers including six terrain parks and a 430-foot long Superpipe.
