Killington Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Rates are all inclusive - include taxes and cleaning fee
• Short term reservations
  
  Reservations for 2 nights or longer are accepted on this property. There are no arrivals or departures on a Saturday. New Years has a 4 night minimum stay starting December 28th.
  
  Payments may be made by money order, bank check, and personal check (within US only). All payments must be paid in US dollars.
  
  Deposits
  For stays booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the base rent and a $250 refundable security deposit is due within five days of making the reservation. The balance of rent and any other add on items are due 30 days before the date of arrival.
  
  *Any reservation including nights of 12/28 - 1/1 will fall under the New Years policies.
  
  For stays booked less than 30 days prior to arrival: payment is due in full within 5 days upon booking.
  
  Holidays
  For New Years holiday reservations, an initial deposit of 60% of the base rent will be due 5 days of booking. The final payment is due by November 1, 2008.
• No extensions. New Years reservation booked after November 1, 2008 are due in full at the time of booking.
  
  New Years holiday nights are 12/28/08 - 1/1/09. See below for security deposit requirements and New Years has no Cancellation Protection.
  
  Damage
  A refundable security and damage deposit of $250 is required on all stays. Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure after departure unit check.
  
  Cancellations
  There is no refund for unused time that is a result of late arrivals, early departures or no shows. There are no cancellations during the New Years holiday. If you cancel your New Years reservation, you will forfeit all deposits. Reservations cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Reservations cancelled 15 to 30 days of arrival will be refunded fully if property can be rebooked. Last minute cancellations or no shows will not be refundable unless unit can be rebooked at the last minute and will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
