Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Travel agent/rental agent commissions available. Weekly/monthly rates already include additional discounts. Owner will approve all rentals after contact with responsible party. Rental reservation will be confirmed after payment of 25% rental deposit, $1,000 security deposit, $89 rental insurance premium, and return of signed rental agreement. Balance of rental payment due ninety days prior to the commencement of the rental. All payments by credit card. Visa/MasterCard/Discover preferred; 1% additional fee charge will be assessed for AMEX charges. If rental has to be canceled, all deposits will be fully refundable if cancellation is made at least ninety days prior to the start of the rental. If cancellation occurs within 90 days prior to the rental, rental payments are non-refundable, but 100% of the security deposit will be refunded. However, in the event that a replacement rental is secured for the same period at an equivalent cost, all deposits and payments will be refunded.
- All of the above nightly rental rates do not include daily housekeeping services (change of linens and towels and cleaning). Additional housekeeping services can be arranged at renter's expense. Weekly/monthly stays include departure cleaning charge; otherwise, $450 additional charge for stays of less than a week. Concierge-type services are also not included in any of the above rates. These services are sometimes requested by guests. If certain services are desired during your stay, we can assist you in arranging for these services and charge you extra for this consideration, or make the necessary arrangements through a third party provider that would bill separately for these services. All rentals of less than thirty days in length will also be subject to a required 8% State of Idaho sales tax and 2% City of Ketchum sales tax.
