Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is a minimum age limit for renters.
- Tenants must provide their own bed linens (one queen bed, one double bed, three twin beds) and towels. 4 beach tags will be provided, but must be returned prior to departure for use by next tenants.
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed. We rent to families only, no senior week or prom group rentals.
