- There is a minimum age limit for renters
- Rental includes full time housekeeper who works Monday through Saturday and can prepare breakfast and lunch if you wish for no extra charge...just the cost of the groceries. Also includes use of our 6 seater golf cart and full concierge services
- $500 refundable damage deposit required
