Moody Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly Rates available for Fall
- A $350.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. A $250 Damage Deposit is returned following a check of the house by our property manager. Condition for return of damage deposity: hous if must house left as found; garbage and refrigerator emptied; beds made, tub, sinks, toilets cleaned etc. We also look for damage to the house.
All payments must be in US-dollars with a bank check; no personal checks.
Late payments may cancel your reservations.

- All bedrooms are on the second floor. The Queen Room is large, and you can hear the sounds of the ocean. It's a wonderful room that will enhance your relaxation experience. Back bedroom overlooks the marsh; its a great room for bird watching, watching sunsets and enjoying the delightful quiet of our home. Guests must bring all their own linens including sheets, pillow cases, towels -- both beach and bath. Pillows, bed blankets supplied. If you want a beach blanket, bring it from home. Please consider other guests: No Blankets from house may be brought to the beach.
