Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Fri.-Sat. $225 per night.
1 week rental- 7 nights- $950.
Holiday week rental- 7 nights- $1,200.
Holiday weekend rental- 3 night minimum- $750.
Monthly rentals available- $3,500.
$200 Security Deposit required for weekly rentals,$100 Security Deposit required for weekend rentals. Deposit returned after unit inspection and return of the unit keys to the owner.
Check in time 3pm.Check out time 11am.
Payment Policy:
If booking 30 days or less prior to arrival- Full balance required.
If booking 31 days or more prior to arrival- 1/2 balance required to secure reservation,with remaining balance required 30 days prior to arrival. All payments in check or money order.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival.
Full refund less $150 if cancellation notice is less than 10 days prior to arrival.
All linens and towels will be provided.

Jackson Condo Details
The second level consists of the master bedroom overlooking the golf course and the mountains and a large private bathroom with a whirlpool jet tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and it's own bathroom. On the third level is a loft that includes 3 single beds and a skylight. The lower level consists of a family room with a 27 inch TV w/VCR and cable and a full bathroom. There is a pullout couch on the lower level. A washing machine and dryer are also located on the lower level in a separate room. This unit also has plenty of closet space. No Smoking and No Pets, please. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the condo.
