Please call us direct for last minute bookings, we do accept last minute bookings when vacancy permits. 651-330-5445 (Mn) - Policies: In order to secure a reservation, just let us know that you are ready to proceed and an invoice will be emailed or mailed out to you. An initial deposit and reservation fee is required to hold a reservation. Payment made, property booked. Payment of rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Our cancellation policy is: with a 90-day written notice, we will refund the initial deposit less a $75 processing fee. If less than 90 days' written notice, the initial deposit is forfeited. If less than 60 days' written notice, the rent and excise tax are forfeited. More details on our rental policies will be provided prior to booking.
