Notes: Family Room: Seats 7 with plenty of room on the carpeted floor for more. This room also has a fireplace and a game/card table with 4 chairs. Laundry Room: Washer and dryer. Utility sink. Iron and ironing board. Yard: Approximately 1/2 acre of enclosed yard with a 3 foot fence for the dogs. Yard games include: horseshoes, boccie ball, and croquet. 12 Adirondack style chairs encircle a Chiminea for cool nights and tasty S'mores. Beach: We have coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, and even a pail & shovel.
