Common stairway entry to roof deck off third floor hall. New washer dryer on second floor near bedrooms. Hall doors to balcony and roof deck upstairs (2nd & 3rd floors) offer views and cool off house (though central A/C is installed, and ocean breezes make it cool here all summer). In colder months gas fireplace on first floor makes living room, den and kitchen bright.
