Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please inquire for rental rates.
- 50% due at the time of booking( by credit/debit card). Balance of 50% plus a cleaning/ damage deposit of $300 (by credit/debit card) due within 30 days of occupancy. The cleaning/ damage deposit is refundable within 5 days after cottage use. Cancellation within 60 days of your reservation, 90% of amount paid is refunded: Cancellation within 30 days of the reservation, 50% refundable: Within 15 days of the reservation, non refundable. If we are able to rebook a client in your canceled period, we will refund all your payments except for a $50 rebooking fee. We prefer all payments paid by credit or debit card.

- New mattresses and linens. Each bedroom has windows and carpeted floors as well as their own closets and dressers. The cottage has central heating and central air conditioning. We have completely remodeled the bathrooms with new fixtures and newly tiled floors. Cable TV, DVD player and WiFi. The screened in porch is carpeted for a living room like feel with a fabulous view of the lake and sunsets. We have a fully functioning wood burning fire place.
