Once we received the contract along with the deposit, your booking will be completed and we will send you final confirmation.
Upon check-in, the remaining 50% must be paid by cash or certified check or Money order or travelers check. In addition we require a $300 security deposit for any damage to the apartment. This will be
returned to you immediately upon checkout.
