Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are valid for an occupation of 4 persons. Add 15% per person more .
Special discounts are available for early bookings and last minute booking, contact owner for details.
Second week stay at 25% discount.
Bookings require a 40% deposit and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. - Rates include airport transfer upon arrival and departure, exclusive use of the villa, pool and garden and all amenities, welcome pack, daily cleaning and housekeeping, daily towel change, linen change twice a week, all taxes and VAT, guest manager support, excursion arrangements, use of sailing boat and power boat (excludes fuel and skipper charge), internet access and software installation package, use of bicycles. Car can be organised, contact owner for details.
