Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We require a $250 reservation/security deposit upon signing the lease of which $110 will be fully refunded within two weeks of departure. A cleaning fee of $140 will be deducted.
A $50 non-refundable pet security deposit will be collected with the rental payment for those bringing a pet.
A $25 fee applies to those using our mooring and/or pulley line during their stay. It will be collected with the rental payment.
