- Please note, a monthly rental is 4 weeks. Additional nights will be charged by night or week rate.
- The cleaning fee is $300 for parties of 6 or less, $400 for parties of 7 and over. A deposit of 50% of rate due at time of booking confirmation, the remaining 50% due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Pool heat charge is $50.00 per day, paid in advance, 2 weeks prior to arrival. You must choose pool heat prior to arrival (recommended from October thru May).
Cleaning charge also paid in advance, 2 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited if confirmed reservation is canceled within one month of arrival date unless owner is able to fill the reserved time at the same rate. - Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with owner.

Scottsdale House Details
Family friendly and safe!: The house is well equipped for families. Facilities for a baby/toddler include a travel crib, high chair, stroller, bouncy activity saucer, some toys, books and DVDs, life vests, and pool toys. There is a cabinet next to the second bathroom that makes a fantastic changing area. Older children are never bored with the pool, games table which has foosball, air hockey, mini-pool and ping pong, large side yard in which to run, climb tress, throw a baseball or just lounge in the sun. All doors to outside chime when opened and all doors to the backyard have two knobs, one high on the door, which children are unable to reach. The house is spread out on one floor so there is plenty of space for everyone. The house makes for a safe and relaxing vacation for all.
