- *Discount may be offered for multiple week rentals; amount varies with circumstances. Please contact management. Discounted rentals may be subject to a separate, non-refundable cleaning fee, the amount of which may vary with circumstances. The amount of fee shall be disclosed before any payments are due.
*Check in time is 3 - 6 P.M. EST, Saturday and checkout time is no later than 10:00 A.M. EST, Saturday. No early check-in is possible. Late check-in may incur an additional fee. Basic cleaning is provided between rentals, but renters are responsible for leaving the property in broom swept condition upon departure. Extra cleaning fees will apply if extensive cleaning is required after check-out. Linens & towels are included in the rental. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, but is available at an additional rate. *Monthly rates, when offered, are for 1-2 person occupancy. A small surcharge (starting at $100/person per month) may be added for additional pers - * A 50% deposit is required to reserve the property for the requested dates. The remainder is due 30 days before the rental date, along with a security deposit of $500 (in the event of damages incurred or extensive cleaning required). Otherwise, the security deposit will be returned. CANCELLATION. The Tenant is responsible for all rents due under this lease. If cancellation occurs before 1 April of the year of the rental and the Premises is re-rented within 30 days of cancellation, a prorated refund of the difference, if any, based on actual rental rates, will be refunded. Cancellation between 1 April and 30 days prior to the rental date will qualify for a 25% refund of the rental price. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs thirty (30) days or less prior to rental. All cancellations must be in writing. The security deposit will always be refunded for cancellations prior to occupancy. We recommend travel insurance.

- The full bath has excellent storage in the form of a 3-shelf enclosed cabinet above the toilet, generously proportioned mirrored cabinet, drawers and slide-out racks in the vanity, and hanging hooks. Also provided is a curved, hotel-style shower rod, allowing more maneuvering room in the shower. A timed ventilation fan is provided in the full bath. The half bath has a two-shelf enclosed wall cabinet and hanging hooks.

- 2 well appointed bedrooms are offered and include extra pillows and blankets. Closets contain hanging space for long and short garments and contain side and upper shelves for accessories. Hanging hooks throughout the cottage supplement closet storage. Televisions are mounted high for easy viewing. We kindly ask that our guests use the spacious basement guest storage area to store oversize luggage, bicycles, and equipment. We regret that roll away beds and cribs are not available due to space limitations.
