Notes: Parking available for 4 vehicles; back lot accommodates large vehicles. The kitchen includes all black and stainless new appliances: gas range/convection oven, granite countertops, custom kiln-baked tile backsplash, breakfast bar, and Brita is provided. There is a propane BBQ Grill on the deck with two tanks, which also has table/chairs, antique coke machine, firewood, workbench, and overlooks the river. There is a wireless modem for internet (USB cables also provided) and the 2 TVs include sports and Sirius music channels. The shared pool is typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day and located on the Eagle River next to pool house - within 50 yards of Condo. HOWEVER: the pool will be closed for Spring for repairs with an unknown opening date this summer, 2011. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Though I lived at the condo for 12 years with my dog, the Condo Association won't allow pets for renters or guests. Too bad, it's a great property with over 30 Acres along the river.
