Minimum Stay: There is a 3 night minimum stay.
Reservation Deposit: To confirm a Reservation, 50% of the total is due once booking dates are confirmed. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments: Can be made by personal cheque, money order, traveler’s cheque, PayPal, credit card* (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery) or with cash. * Credit Card and PayPal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Security: For new guests we ask for photo copies of your valid driver's license and passport. These copies can either be returned to you or destroyed after you have vacated the suite in good order.
Room Policies
Children: Are by advance arrangement and subject to bedding requirements.
Smoking: Not permitted inside the building
Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at this time. - Check-in/Check-out Policies
Check-in Time: 4pm - 6pm, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.
Check-out Time: 12pm, unless late check out arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellations & No Show Policies
If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 25% of the rental cost.charged 25% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 50% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date, the rental amount is payable, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their stay.
