Seven Springs Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * All stays require a refundable damage deposit of $250, $75.00 cleaning fee, and lodging tax of 9%.
* Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of one night's room plus tax.
* Off Peak Season - The non-refundable balance including security deposit and cleaning fee is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
* Peak Season - The non-refundable balance including security deposit and cleaning fee is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
* Please note that our condo check-in time is 4 pm on the day of arrival and our check-out time is 11 am on your day of departure.
* Please note - The fireplace is not available for use.
Reservations are accepted based on our receipt of your deposit. We cannot 'hold' the condo unit until we receive payment.
