- PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING, AS PAYMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS: Rates are for up to 4 people -- $25/person/nt for each additional person. Call for a price quote (good for 7 days). Book/pay in full 90 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVAL for EARLY BIRD SPECIAL RATES with big savings. Pay with your credit card via PayPal invoice we will send you -- checks cannot be accepted. All vacation rentals must be received in full to be considered confirmed. Travelers Insurance is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Refunds are based on getting a replacement booking for the dates cancelled -- NO REFUNDS WITH LESS THAN 31 DAYS' NOTIFICATION BY E-MAIL and a replacement booking(s) for your dates. If considering cancelling, make sure you have taken out Travelers Insurance, and give us as much lead time as possible to increase the likelihood we can find other renters to fill your slot. If we get no booking in time for the cancelled dates, then check with your Travelers Insurance policy for refund
- EARLY BIRD SPECIAL RATEs for booking/paying in full at least 3 months in advance. Pellets for pellet stove are included, and propane for grill during warm months, local land line phone, WiFi, cable TV and electric are included as well as linens. Place MUST be cleaned before leaving or $50 will be deducted from security deposit. See full details on Accommodations page of website. No refunds for early departures (again, check with your Travelers Insurance policy).

Captain's Bed on other side of picture window can also be used for sleeping one child or person if needed. Full-size Futon Sofa/Bed in downstairs Great Room, plus WiFi, Blu-Ray DVD & Satellite TV. Upstairs breakfast nook is there for easy access to eats (and 2nd coffee maker). Pellet Stove & supplementary wood stove downstairs. Linens are provided. Organic Vegetable Garden for Renters in Summer months. Artesian well and whole-house filter for chemical-free pure water -- healthier than bottled. Free WiFi, Cable TV, and land line with local phone service.
