Great family getaway...: This property is new and has never been rented before. Construction/renovation was completed in 2008. All three homes are situated on 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a volleyball net, horse shoe pits, a grilling area and fire pit for the colder evenings. These cottages are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway landing where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and striper fish in Town Cove. Other close amenities are; great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and charter boats. Be the first to enjoy this Cape Cod experience in style!
This could be you...: Walk to the beach and explore the flats or relax in the sand. In the evening sit on your deck under the umbrella with a beverage grilling up some food and steaming up some lobsters. Move on to the huge lawn area and play volleyball, horseshoes, wiffle ball, or boccie ball. Sit in your Adirondack chairs at sunset and enjoy good stories while listening to the crackle of the wood in the fire pit. You'll be happy here!
Family vacation with comfort...: How many times have you been away with friends or family and say that you would love to do that again if you had your own space to retreat to. This property could not be set up better for someone like you. Each family can have their own house but you are close enough to enjoy outdoor activities and meals together. Now you can afford to go on vacation with your family and friends and enjoy yourself.
Golf: There are several places to golf on Cape Cod. Some are open to the public and some are private. Please call in advance to book your tee time as they can book up fast.
