Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $50 cleaning fee and $300 security/damage deposit
- The minor $50 Cleaning fee includes changing/washing of linens and trash/garbage removal and minor wipes ups with dusting. If you prefer, a cleaner can be secured for you the day before departure while you are out and about who will thoroughly clean the cottage for $100. This will enable you to leave with only minor wipe ups and organization on your departure day.
- Gratuities are optional. If 'The Vacationland Concierge' services are utilized, gratuities are strongly recommended. Full list of Concierge Services and pricing are available upon request and/or mailed with reservations.

Any fees for tours, tickets, and equipment would be at the published and reasonable fees. Upon your reservation we will work with you to identify any services you would like to receive during your stay. From a pre-stocked refrigerator with your personal shopping list to specialty items for the week to make your stay extra special. For the teens and tweens we have surf boards, waterpark, movie & zoo tickets, bikes and XBox. For adults we have canoes, computer/printers, theatre tickets, tour packages, catering and event planning services just to name a few. Please inquire for a complete list of services and equipment.
Area Activities and Attractions: The York Beach area is an unlimited oasis for family and vacation planning. Within minutes there is outlet shopping, beaches, water activities, public sports/exercise fields, Gyms, Spas, Specialty Classes (photography, yogo, meditation, pottery, kid daycamps,) tours, amusement parks and even a zoo! The Vacationland Concierge (c) can even put together an area calendar of events based upon your travel dates and interests that will be personalized just for you. We've made special arrangements for our guests to receive this personalized calendar complimentary from The Vacationland Concierge (c.) Just outside the greater Wells/Ogunquit/York area, and within a 30-100 minute drive, are a plethora of daily activities to access like mountain climbing, horseback riding, LL Bean and North Conway NH shopping, lake activities including boating & water skiing, tours, waterparks, FunTown, Palace Playland, just to name a few!
Our Special Guests...: We welcome well behaved children and pets to The Cider Hill Cottage! We have dearly loved children and pets of our own and we would welcome any opportunity to make their stay, as well as yours, extra special.
