- Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of six) to purchase amenity badges only during the Summer Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and lake. Weekly wristbands are $30 per person and Daily wristbands are $8.00 per person per day. Offseason Weekly wristbands are $15 per person and Daily wristbands are $3.00 per person per day. Children 6 years of age or under are free.
A Gate Pass must be purchased for $25 per vehicle in order to access the community.
A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned within ten days upon inspection of the rental property.
If interested, all bed linens, towels, washcloths, and beach towels can be provided for a $50 fee. **Note: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property***

It also has a Balcony with a Sliding Door off of the Master suite that overlooks the Wooded Lot in the back of the property. A private Master Bathroom with a Jacuzzi Tub and Jetter Shower is also accessible from the Master Suite. In addition, the Master Suite contains a Flat screen TV with a DVD Player, and a recently installed air conditioner unit for the summer months. The 1st. Floor Bedroom #1 contains a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV with a DVD Player, and a recently installed air conditioner unit for the summer months. The 1st. Floor Bedroom #2 contains two sets of Bunk beds and a Large Dresser. A Comfortable Queen Sleeper is located in the family room for your sleeping pleasure.
