Port Aransas House Details
Each unit is fully furnished including everything you need for the kitchen, bath towels & bed linens. They both offer Cable TV, free high speed internet & furnished covered back porches (only a few in this neighborhood) just steps to the pool & BBQ pits. Unit 16 (yellow house) has a queen size bed and TV in the lower master bedroom. The upper master bedroom & bath has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a combination TV/DVD/VCR player. This beautifully furnished house also offers a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room (if needed), a total of 4 televisions, a combination DVD/VCR player, and plenty of boat parking. No Smoking and No Pets allowed in this unit.
Unit 14 (teal house) has a king size bed and TV in the lower master bedroom. The upper master bedroom and bath has been converted into a kids retreat (bedroom/TV room) that includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds, with a futon to fit perfectly in between and a TV for entertainment! The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle if needed and a TV. This beautifully furnished house also offers a total of 4 televisions, 2 DVD players and 2 VCR players. This unit is PET FRIENDLY (up to 2 dogs, maximum 35 lbs).
