Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is a condominium application and a cleaning fee of $100.00 that will be added to the monthly rates above. This fee is non-refundable.
SECURITY/DEPOSIT/condo key return ($200) and utility deposit (0): total $ 200.00. These deposits will be held in a non-interest bearing account in a Florida bank. The deposit will be held to pay electric, telephone, and cleaning bills. In the event these bills or any potential damages (normal ware is expected) to rental unit exceed the $ 400.00, tenant will be personally liable for monies due. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days, less all expenses incurred on property by tenant. Owner will furnish copies of expenses within 30 days of termination on this agreement or responsible for collecting from tenant - CANCELLATION POLICY:
LANDLORD reserves the right to cancel reservations on short notice due to severe weather or any condition leading condominium management to advice against occupancy.
Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders a Mandatory Evacuation.
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Final payment may be by check, or money order.
Cancellation allowed up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival with full advance payment refund.
No refunds are given for cancellation within 60 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period. We suggest you purchase your own travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.
RESTRICTIONS: No pets. Smoking is not permitted in units.
Cable TV and WIFI are free. Utilities are an average of 30-50$month. Phone is $25.00, and icludes unlimited calls to P. R, Alaska, and continent

Hutchinson Island is located along the central Atlantic coast of Florida, north of Palm Beach and five miles northeast of the town of Stuart. This is one of few U.S.A barrier island. The island stretches north from Fort Pierce south to Stuart. There are miles of beautiful, sandy beach to enjoy. Activities on Hutchinson Island include swimming, beach-combing, surfing, jet skiing, boating, snorkeling and more.
