- The use of central air conditioning is an added fee of $20 per day of use. However, due to the balmy trade winds, ceiling fans, windows and open air-lanai, it is rarely used by guests.
If the rental is less than 4 nights long, a $90 cleaning charge will be applied.

(NOTE: The remaining balance can be paid by credit card in the renters name). This Amount Will be Applied Toward the Total Rental Balance. The amount must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Payment – The Balance of Rent is due (45) days before your arrival date. Please make payments in the form of credit card (Visa or Master only) in the renters name.
