Blue Mountain Beach House for Rent: Surfside Six, Beach House 4BR/5BA, Gulf Side of 30a - Property 226386

Crown molding is throughout the home. In the living room, lots of light shines through the bay window. It has gorgeous tiles, comfortable furniture and furnishings from vintage stores in the area to Pottery Barn and Pier One. A flat screen TV as well as a closet that holds a new front load washer and dryer. There is also a glass door where you can see and go out to the backyard and garden. One half bath is on the first floor, the color of orange sherbet. All new mirrors and other amenities. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and each room has its own private bath. The first room is vivid yellow, white with a huge bay window. The bath is decorated in a bamboo design with granite counter tops and new faucets. The twin bedroom room is in khaki, black, grey and teal. As with all the bedrooms a new flat screen TV as well as PlayStation 2. In the twin room is a set of stairs going to the third floor. Once there you will find a door to the balcony.

The third floor balcony is peaceful as there are no other decks from other homes facing you. There is a beautiful blue and orange room with angled ceilings. It too has its own bath. Across the hall the purple room with a bay window. Again, its own bath. The room is lovely and relaxing with lots of light. From the windows you can see the new palms we have planted outside. There is a backyard with deck and gas grill. A table and chairs for outdoor eating. There are palms and oleanders and night lights illuminating the palms in the evenings. The house makes me smile and it will you too. The colors, the light, the peacefulness of the area..... We are less than 300 yards to the beach. We are also Blue Mountain Beach Club members where there is a gorgeous pool, exercise room, shuffleboard and family style outdoor pool bar. We are close to Santa Rosa Beach (3 mi) Destin (25 min) or any of the other beach towns on 30a. It really is heaven on earth staying in the area.

This is our first year (actually our first couple of weeks) renting our home, so take advantage of the low rates this year. You must be 25 to rent. This is a non smoking property. A well trained dog is fine. No cats. Money will be refunded if the National Weather service issued warnings. So far with our other home Beyond The Sea that we purchased a couple of years ago, we haven't had this happen.
