This is more rustic, looking onto the river through the large glass window. It is a separate building.

This destination property. You want to arrive and relax, enjoy this extremly unique setting. There are many things you can do, swim in the nearby pond when weather permits, visit the beaches or the local farmers markets. But mostly you will not want to leave.
