Deposit Policy: To guarantee reservation, half of total stay is due upon booking, as well as $300 refundable deposit. Deposit will be returned within ten days of departure. Remaining balance for entire stay is due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept online payment by PayPal and major credit card. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations without penalty must be made 45 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received less than 45 days notice will be subject to $200 cancellation fee. Age requirement: Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
